Please take your time to read and understand the Terms and Conditions that are applicable when you use the services from Freewebsite service. You hereby accept and guarantee that you understand and are capable of following below Terms and Conditions.

Contact and support
You can contact us every weekday by sending an email to team@freewebsite-service.com. All questions will be dealt with as soon as possible within 48 working hours.

Contract
The contractual parties are yourself (further referred to as the “customer”/”user”/”you”) and Freewebsite service (further referred to as “Freewebsite”, “us”)

Services offered by Freewebsite refers to the homepage www.freewebsite-service.com.  They also include but are not limited to our underlying system, features, content, design, products, layout, service and applications offered by us or a third party. All these fall under the term “services”.
This contract or service agreement forms the legally binding terms for you as user of our services.
When using the services offered by us you accept to be bound by the Terms and Conditions which govern this contract. Non acceptance or misuse of the services can lead to termination of your homepage.
As a customer you agree to be able and competent to sign this agreement. If you are representing a Company or another form of legal entity you herewith must declare that you have (i) have power of attorney to represent that Company or legal entity and that (ii) the terms “you”, “customer” and “user” refer to the specific Company or legal entity.

Changes in the Terms and Conditions
Changes are possible by Freewebsite with a 30 days written notice, by email. The new Terms and Conditions, will furthermore be available on the website. We therefore recommend not to unsubscribe to the newsletter, because the can contain important information and updates. If you unsubscribe or don’t read your newsletter, it is therefore your own responsibility if you don’t get to know the changes. After the email is sent to all users and the new Terms and Conditions is uploaded online on our website, you get 8 working days to reject the changes. Otherwise we interpret the lack of response as an acceptance to the new changes in the Terms and Conditions you accept when you first created your website.
This will also apply the Privacy Policy and Conditions of Sale.
Danish Law and Courts govern this contract and use of your homepage and any case of dispute that may arise in the use thereof, If we are not obliged to follow local courts and law.

Transfer of your contract
Freewebsite can in whole or in part transfer your agreement (with attached rights and duties) to a third person, eg. in case another company takes over the company or the companies activities. We will surely give every user a written notice by email, but by accepting these Terms and Conditions you also accept that we in the future may sell parts or all of Freewebsite service, which also includes a transfer of your agreement and website to the buyer, investor or company.

Languages
Freewebsite exists at the moment in Danish, English, American and German. In case of substantial differences between the language versions, the Danish text will prevail.
All Freewebsite homepages contain a link to freewebsite-service.com.

Signing up
Keeping your information up to date: As a user you are obliged to give up to date and correct contact information at the time of applying. It is your responsibility to make sure your data are kept updated in case of changes during the contract. This to ensure that you are contactable at all times. You have to be at least 13 years old to use our service and when signing up, you guarantee that you have the necessary ability and maturity to understand the importance to collect, treat and store the personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
Missing updates from your side will be seen as an infraction of the contract.

Password
When you become a user of Freewebsite you will be asked to choose a password for your account.  You are fully responsible for both protecting the secrecy of your password and for all activities happening under your account. We strongly recommend that you choose a strong password.

Domains
Domains on the highest level, as for example “De” and “Com” are controlled by organizations, who has their own Terms and Conditions for registration and administration of domains and regulation in disputes about the domain name. As far as the domains are included in these Terms and Conditions, we strongly recommend you to read, understand and comply the current Terms and Conditions from these organizations.
The contract about registration of domains will be made between the user and the given organization or Registrar.  In acquisition, moving and maintenance of the domain, Freewebsite will only be the intermediary.

Accessibility and System Integrity
The user accept that a permanent access to sites and services are technical impossible to achieve, and temporary limitations can arise because of technical problems like power shutdown, error in software or hardware, hacking attack, virus etc. It can lead to impairment of the services of Freewebsite, because of circumstances out of our control like third part actions.

Permission for marketing
By creating your own homepage at www. freewebsite-service.com you give your automatic permission that Freewebsite register, store and treat your data and that you can receive email.
With this “permission to receiving email” we mean that Freewebsite can forward advertisement to you. Communication between the advertiser and you always happens via Freewebsite. The advertising company does NOT receive any information about you personally, no identity, address nor area of interest. This is in accordance with the Danish Marketing Law par 6a, stk. 1., where is stated that you need to give explicit permission and by accepting the Terms and Conditions, you give us this permission. Any advertising company does still not have the permission to send you mails directly, but a buyer of Freewebsite as a company, will of cause be allowed to continue sending you emails from Freewebsite.  The Marketing Law aims to protect internet users against unwanted mail (SPAM).

Security and running of the website
You as user are responsible for the content and information stored on your homepage. This also counts for registered users or guests on your site.
Please be aware that the way you treat your data in relation to the Privacy Law is your responsibility.
Following misuse of the Freewebsite is not allowed and will lead to immediate closure of the homepage and possible legal actions. It include, but is not limited to the following:

1. Discriminating material about religion, race, gender or sexuality etc.
2. Any form of eroticism
3. Content of minors, that conflict with protection of these
4. Illegal software and pirate ware
5. Breach of copyright
6. Use of programs or websites that have for sole purpose to generate traffic
7. Misuse of Freewebsite email system such as (but not limited to) SPAM and masscommunication
8. And of cause any criminal actions or content, that are breaking the law in the given country of the user or the Danish Law. We thereby respect the differences in the law of each country.

Every user activity that is designed to make the infrastructure on Freewebsite dysfunctional or complicates the application is illegal and can be prosecuted. Also integration of third parts elements like for example, but not limited to guestbook, widgets and visitor counters etc. is illegal without permission from Freewebsite.
Freewebsite withholds the right to judge whether any of the sites fall under the above categories or is in other ways offending. In case you as user misuse the purpose of your site, you are liable to compensating all damages via Freewebsite-service.com and/or freewebsite-service.com. The user is solely responsible and liable for any content on your site, that will claim compensation, any legal actions and police actions. We do what we can, to delete those sites, but are not obligated to and we hope any user or visitor will report it. Every site is unique and made by a user, who therefore will be held responsible for all actions and content in connection with the site. We hold the right to sue and/or report the police a user, if the user has damaged Freewebsite-service as a company. It could be, but is not limited to, damage on our brand, or repelling other users.

Freewebsite can partly or wholly cancel your agreement in case of serious breach of contract.  Not respecting the duties that you agreed to in your contract form serious breach of contract. As soon as Freewebsite is unable to contact you because of incorrect or missing contact or credit card information, we can without warning cancel your contract or stop providing the services.
In case of illegal conduct via your site, it will be suspended immediately and without warning. Moreover Freewebsite will pass on all relevant information to the Danish authorities to the extend needed.

Maintenance
Freewebsite can for reasons of necessary maintenance or security updates limit or decrease access to a freewebsite account or accompanying services and functions. This can happen without prior warning.

Safety of your data
Freewebsite is dedicated to offering you a safe environment for your data and media files linked to your homepage. We are therefore making an incremental back-up of the most important data often and a full back-up of all available data weekly. In the unlikely event of a loss of data on the servers, we can restore the data in their condition, often for only a couple of days ago.
Even though we do our utmost to keep your homepage running smoothly it can happen that your site is incurring technical problems. We will deal with it so to keep your inconvenience to a minimum and inform you about the cause and possible up time to the best of our knowledge.
Please note that the transfer of data is affected by the technical specifications and speed of the internet especially at times of heavy usage.
If, despite reasonable precautions by Freewebsite, your site is attacked, infested by a virus or other data destroying actions, Freewebsite cannot be held responsible.

Disclaimer
The way you use your site is on your own risk and responsibility.
Freewebsite would like to make it clear that we does not endorse nor be held responsible for the content or opinions uttered on the homepages of the users.  Same counts for the way you transmit or receive data or in case your data are being monitored, collected or hacked into with bad intent.
Freewebsite cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss you may occur such as the use or missing possibility to have access to your account, whatever the reason may be (such as when we are maintaining/updating the server). Damages and loss include, but are not limited to direct and indirect loss, loss of uptime, emotional damages, loss of data and reinstalling of data and damages to hardware.
All this within limits of the law and not diminishing your legal rights.
As a user and owner of a website, you will solely held responsible for anything caused by your website including, but not limited to damaged caused, claims for compensation, legal or police actions etc. We furthermore have attention on not breaking the local law of the user. By accepting the Terms and Conditions you also accept the Privacy Policy, where this is described in more details.

Termination of contract
You can terminate your contract, by deleting your website. By the administration panel you go to personal settings ˃ website ˃ delete website. Afterwards you will receive an email with a link you have to click on, to complete the termination of both the website and the contract. It is important that you are logged in, at your website, before you click on the link in the email.
